The countdown has begun. On Monday, September 15th, prestaking for NPRO officially opens — and it runs only until December 15th. This is your exclusive chance to get in early and maximize rewards before the general launch.

🔑 How NPRO Prestaking Works

Prestaking is simple and designed for flexibility:

• Stake NEAR through NEAR Mobile (or via our web portal compatible with any wallet, including Ledger).

• Unstake anytime — your NEAR is always safe and recoverable.

• Instead of NEAR staking rewards, you’ll receive NPRO tokens — the utility token powering NEAR Mobile.

• Rewards accumulate throughout the program and unlock on December 15th.

From December 25th onward, you’ll even be able to swap NPRO back into NEAR through the liquidity pool we’re creating.

Two mechanics guarantee early movers win bigger:

1. Buying NPRO on the Market → Half of all NEAR staking rewards are used to directly purchase NPRO. This creates upward pressure on price, rewarding existing holders and ensuring demand grows as staking grows.

2. Adding Liquidity → The other half of the NEAR rewards are paired with the purchased NPRO and added to the liquidity pool. This deepens market liquidity, making it easier and more stable for users to trade NPRO back to NEAR.

To protect the community, the LP tokens are burned, ensuring that this liquidity is permanent and cannot be removed.

• If liquidity is sufficient → all rewards are used to buy NPRO, maximizing upward price pressure.
